How to cook Cucumber rolls

Step 1

Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into very thin longitudinal strips. Place on a cutting board, sprinkle with salt and set aside.

Step 2

Wash the dill and green onion, dry and chop very finely. Put the cheese in a bowl, add greens and pink peppercorns. Stir and transfer the mixture to a pastry bag.

Step 3

Wipe cucumbers with paper towels. Put the cheese filling on them. Roll into rolls and secure with wooden sticks. Submit.
