Cole slaw with red cabbage

How to cook Cole slaw with red cabbage
Step 1

Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
Step 2

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Cut the red onion into half rings and set aside.
Step 3

Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, then cut into strips.
Step 4

Assemble the salad: combine all the vegetables and onions in a bowl.
