Chanterelle Pie
Cooking
Step 1
1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, dry, cut into large pieces. Peel potatoes, cut into thin strips. Peel the garlic, crush. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Heat up in a skillet 1 tbsp. l. butter. Fry the potatoes in it until golden brown, 5 minutes; salt to taste. With a slotted spoon, transfer the potatoes to a bowl and fry the onion in the same pan (3 minutes). 2. In a saucepan, heat the remaining butter, put the mushrooms and fry them over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, salt. 3. In a saucepan, mix milk with sour cream, add garlic, put on fire and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add flour and stir until smooth. Remove from fire immediately. 4. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, put it in a baking dish. Put the potatoes on the dough in the first layer, smooth them out. Then add onions and mushrooms. 5. Top with milk-sour cream dressing and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
