Step 1
From flour, yolks, sugar and milk, knead a cool unleavened dough. Divide it into two parts and add green confectionery paint to one part and red to the other. Then roll out the dough thinly and cut into thin strips. Fry in hot oil. Rotating, immediately give the shape of a rose. Sprinkle the finished brushwood with powdered sugar.
