BBQ turkey breast with orange glaze

Meat cooked over an open fire can be healthy. The main thing is to choose the right meat, for example, turkey and choose the right spices.
How to cook BBQ turkey breast with orange glaze
Step 1
Make a dry marinade by mixing salt, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, and turmeric with olive oil into a paste.
Step 2
Rub the marinade over the steaks, place in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or several hours in the refrigerator.
Step 3
To make the glaze, mix the orange jam with the ginger, Worcestershire sauce and vegetable oil. Separate half to use as a sauce.
Step 4
Light the coals, set the grate and heat properly. Grease the grate with oil. Arrange the steaks on a wire rack and cook for 5 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with the glaze.
Step 5
Serve with new potatoes and leftover icing as a dipping sauce.
