Banana liqueur
Banana liqueur is not difficult to make at home. The main thing is to choose good, ripe fruits, without dark spots, but also ripe enough. The recipe for the drink also includes vodka. You should not use stronger alcohol. Anything above 45% strength can significantly worsen the taste of the finished liqueur.
How to cook Banana liqueur
Step 1

Prepare a thick base. Mash the bananas into a puree. This can be easily done with a blender or a regular fork. Transfer the banana puree to a deep bowl. Add condensed milk and pour in milk. Add two chicken proteins. Mix the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Step 2

Combine the liqueur base with alcohol. While continuing to whisk the mixture of bananas, milk, condensed milk and egg whites, pour in the vodka in a thin stream. The liqueur should be thick, slightly viscous. Pour it into a transparent glass bottle, close the lid tightly and put it in the refrigerator for 50-60 minutes.
Step 3

Strain the drink. Take out the bottle of liqueur. Cover a bowl or saucepan with gauze and strain the drink.
