Bagels with ham, cheese and tomatoes

Description

These bagels are very popular with both children and adults. It is worth eating one, and the hands themselves reach for the next.

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the ham and tomato into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley. Mix cheese, ham, tomato and parsley, add sour cream and mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Cut the dough into triangles 15 cm high and 10 cm wide.

Step 3

Put a spoonful of filling at the base of the triangle and roll up the roll. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
