Place the sheet of parchment with the cake in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 5. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Brush the surface of the cake with the remaining egg. Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven, carefully transfer the parchment with the cake onto it; put the tray back in the oven.
