Sandwich with chicken and homemade mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • bread - 2 slices
  • iceberg lettuce - 1 sheet
  • tomato - 1/2 pc.
  • chicken fillet - 100 g
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp. l.
  • sunflower oil (refined) - 100 ml
  • olive oil - 30 ml
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

We start with homemade mayonnaise. In a bowl, mix the yolks, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard with a whisk. You can use a mixer at low speed.

Step 2

Pour the oil mixture in a thin stream into the yolk mixture and continue to mix with a mixer. After a few minutes, add lemon juice and beat a little more.

Step 3

Fry chicken fillet in a frying pan, seasoned to taste. Cool slightly and cut into small pieces.

Step 4

In a dry frying pan, fry the slices of bread until golden brown, or dry in the oven for several minutes.

Step 5

Cut the iceberg lettuce into small strips, and also cut the tomato into slices.

Step 6

Assembly: grease slices of bread with homemade mayonnaise, lay chicken slices, then tomato and iceberg lettuce.
