Sandwich with peaches, goat cheese and raspberry jam
Description
Elegant, refined, not hackneyed - but not even strange at all. Highly recommend!
Cooking
Step 1
We prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Spread one of the slices of bread with goat cheese. Place peach slices on top. Spread the second slice of bread with jam.
Step 3
We connect the halves of the sandwich. Brush the top of the sandwich with half of the butter.
Step 4
Place the sandwich in a cold skillet, butter side down. Brush the top with the second half of the butter.
Step 5
We turn on the fire. Cook the sandwich over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Flip the sandwich over and press it firmly against the top of the pan with a spatula. Enjoy your meal!
