Salad with watermelon
Ingredients
Servings 1- almond petals - 10 g
- watermelon pulp - 90 g
- feta cheese - 40 g
- spinach - 40 g
- mint - 4 years
- dressing - 70 g
- water - 300 g
- chili - 20 g
- sugar - 30 g
- white wine - 20 g
- marjoram spices - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 100 g
Cooking
Step 1
Add chili, sugar, white wine and spices to boiling water, boil everything until sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat.
Step 2
Leave for 10 minutes, add olive oil. Put spinach leaves, watermelon pulp cut into large cubes, feta cheese on a plate.
Step 3
Dress the salad and mix well. Sprinkle the top with almond flakes.
