Salad with watermelon

Ingredients

  • almond petals - 10 g
  • watermelon pulp - 90 g
  • feta cheese - 40 g
  • spinach - 40 g
  • mint - 4 years
  • dressing - 70 g
  • water - 300 g
  • chili - 20 g
  • sugar - 30 g
  • white wine - 20 g
  • marjoram spices - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 100 g

Cooking

Step 1

Add chili, sugar, white wine and spices to boiling water, boil everything until sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat.

Step 2

Leave for 10 minutes, add olive oil. Put spinach leaves, watermelon pulp cut into large cubes, feta cheese on a plate.

Step 3

Dress the salad and mix well. Sprinkle the top with almond flakes.
