Ingredients
Servings 4- tarragon - 250 g

- milk - 500 g
- glucose - 70 g
- egg (yolk) - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 150 g
- dry milk - 60 g
Cooking
Step 1
Combine milk, milk powder, tarragon, glucose and cream, heat to 80 degrees. Insist 6 hours.
Step 2
