Grilled chicken croissant

Ingredients

  • croissant - 1 pc.
  • Caesar sauce - 20 g
  • fried chicken - 50 g
  • lollo bionda salad - 15 g
  • pork belly - 15 g
  • fresh tomato - 45 g

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the finished croissant lengthwise into two parts and grease both halves with Caesar sauce.

Step 2

Grilled chicken fillet cut into thin slices. Blanch the tomato, remove the skin and cut into thin rings.

Step 3

Fry the brisket in a dry frying pan.

Step 4

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the croissant. Put the chicken fillet, brisket and tomato on the salad. Cover with the top of the croissant.
