Cauliflower with pumpkin seeds

Ingredients

  • 25 g shelled pumpkin seeds
  • onion - 1 onion
  • butter - 40 g
  • 25 g peeled pine nuts
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

1. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, wash and boil in boiling salted water (4 minutes). Discard in a colander and set aside. 2. Peel the onion, finely chop. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onion, sauté until soft, 3 minutes. Then add the seeds and nuts, cook for another 2 minutes, remove from heat. Put the cabbage in a pan with onions and seeds, mix well and serve immediately.
