Baked champignons with cheese
This dish captivates with its simplicity. Garlic, chili and parsley simply transform the taste of mushrooms. Chili pepper should be used carefully, it is possible to take a smaller amount.
Ingredients
Servings 4- Champignons large - 8 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 tooth.
- Chile - 1/2 pc.
- Parsley - 2 sprigs
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Hard cheese - 70 g
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Trim the stems off the mushrooms. Pour oil into a baking dish, add chopped chili and parsley, crush garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Fold the mushrooms into a mold and rub with the spice mixture. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Place a piece of cheese on each mushroom. Put in the oven (200 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.
