Zucchini salad with garlic is a piquant aromatic preparation that will allow you to pamper yourself and your loved ones with delicious vegetables all winter long.
How to cook Zucchini salad with garlic for the winter
Step 1

Place washed jars and lids in a cold oven, turn on the oven to preheat to 120 degrees, turn off the oven after 13-15 minutes.
Step 2

Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Step 3

Finely chop the herbs.
Step 4

Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5

Mix vegetable oil, chopped vegetables and herbs in a deep bowl.
Step 6

Prepare a marinade in the following proportions: 1 liter of hot water + 1 tbsp. vinegar + 1.5 tbsp. salt.
Step 7

Place the vegetable mixture into portioned jars and pour in the marinade.
