
Place washed jars and lids in a cold oven, turn on the oven to preheat to 120 degrees, turn off the oven after 13-15 minutes.

Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Finely chop the herbs.

Finely chop the garlic.

Mix vegetable oil, chopped vegetables and herbs in a deep bowl.

Prepare a marinade in the following proportions: 1 liter of hot water + 1 tbsp. vinegar + 1.5 tbsp. salt.

Place the vegetable mixture into portioned jars and pour in the marinade.

Let the zucchini salad sit for 1-2 days. Enjoy!
