Roll out the dough into a circle 5 mm thick and put in a mold with a diameter of 24 cm. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes, dry them and cut into thin circles. Put the vegetables in an even layer on the dough: tomatoes in the center of the circle, zucchini around the circumference. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano. Beat eggs, add sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and remaining oregano. Stir and pour this mixture over the vegetables. Preheat the oven to 200ºС, bake the flan at the middle level for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, cut into portions and serve warm with watercress.
