Young cabbage salad with cucumbers

How to cook Young cabbage salad with cucumbers

Step 1

Finely chop the cabbage. Cucumbers cut into thin strips. Finely chop the cilantro. Coarsely chop the peanuts.

Step 2

For dressing, combine butter, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper in a small bowl.

Step 3

Place the cabbage, cucumbers and cilantro in a large bowl and pour over the dressing, toss to combine. Sprinkle the salad with peanuts before serving.
