Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare dressing from yogurt and tarragon:
Wash tarragon and parsley, dry. Peel the onion. Chop greens and onion. Whisk yogurt with honey. Add herbs, onion, salt and pepper. Mix.

Step 2

Prepare the yogurt and radish dressing:
Grate radish and apple. Sprinkle with lemon juice, let it brew for 5 minutes, then squeeze. Whisk yogurt. Add radish and apple. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix.

Step 3

Prepare dressing from yogurt and cheese:
Wash dill, dry. Peel the garlic. Chop dill and garlic. Mix cheese, garlic with dill and butter, pour in yogurt. Beat everything into a homogeneous mass.
