How to cook Cornmeal bread
Step 1

Sift wheat and corn flour into a deep bowl and mix.
Step 2

Pour warm milk into a separate deep bowl, add fresh yeast, salt, sugar and egg. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add the sifted flour mixture to the egg and milk mixture and stir.

Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, sprinkle it with flour for this. Also knead softened butter into the dough.

Grease a baking tray with butter and lay out the kneaded dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place to rise for 1.5-2 hours.

Place the risen dough in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
