How to cook Vegetable pizza

Step 1

Mix flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar and butter until smooth, stand for 20 minutes in a warm place, then scatter the dough into two balls and let it brew for another 20 minutes. Each ball is the dough for 1 pizza. Roll out the dough.

Step 2

Punch the tomatoes in their own juice in a blender. Lubricate the dough with the resulting sauce.

Step 3

Olives / olives, cherry tomatoes cut in half. Arrange vegetables on top of dough.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes at a temperature of 300 C.
