Turkey kebab in sweet and sour marinade

How to cook Turkey kebab in sweet and sour marinade

Step 1

Peel the poor turkey fillet and cut into cubes with a side of 3 cm. Place in a spacious glass or plastic flat container.

Step 2

Mix tomato paste, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and vegetable oil. Pour the marinade over the turkey, stir and cover with cling film. Place the container in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. During this time, stir the meat several times so that it is evenly coated with marinade.

Step 3

Put the shallots or onion sets in a saucepan, cover with water and bring the water to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, drain the water, cool the onion. Peel the bulbs without cutting off the “beard” so that the bulbs do not fall apart when frying.

Step 4

Thread turkey onto skewers, shaking off excess marinade and alternating with onions.

Step 5

Light the coals, set the grate and heat properly. Grease the grate with oil. Arrange skewers on a wire rack and cook 12, turning frequently and brushing with marinade. Serve with bread and salad.
