Scrambled with herbs, goat cheese pieces and lightly salted red fish

My perfect quick breakfast. The so-called scrambled eggs are beaten eggs cooked in a water bath to a tender porridge. Here I have them with greens (dill is a must), pieces of goat cheese and lightly salted red fish. I'm not afraid of this word - it melts in your mouth.
How to cook Scrambled with herbs, goat cheese pieces and lightly salted red fish
Step 1
Make a water bath (wait until the water boils) and pour a little olive oil into the inner pan and then eggs, whipped with cream. And constantly mix with a silicone spatula to a state of tender porridge. Remove from heat and stir in the fish pieces, cheese and herbs. Salt is not needed.
