How to cook Pickled peppers stuffed with meat
Step 1
Peel and chop onion and garlic. Heat up in a skillet 2 tbsp. l. oil, sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add minced meat and finely chopped ham, fry until minced meat is cooked. Add 1 beaten egg, salt and pepper. Dry the peppers well, stuff them tightly with the resulting mixture. Roll the peppers in flour, then in the remaining beaten eggs, fry on both sides in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil 3-4 min. When serving, you can pour peppers with tomato sauce.
