Manna vaht is an Estonian miracle. This is semolina porridge brewed with cranberry juice and whipped to the consistency of the most delicate mousse, almost a cloud of semolina.

How to cook Manna watches with milk

Step 1

From cranberries, 100 g of sugar and 1.5 liters of drinking water, cook a fruit drink. Strain.

Step 2

Brew semolina with boiling juice. Add sugar. Cook, stirring, until sugar and semolina are completely dissolved, 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 3

Beat at high speed with a mixer, 15 minutes. Serve in bowls or bowls with milk.
