Rinse the duck legs, dry with a napkin, salt and pepper. It is good to heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the duck legs until golden brown, do not cover with a lid.

Cover with foil, leaving holes for steam to escape. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-60 minutes (depending on the age of the duck!).

When the duck legs are almost ready, open the foil and grease the chicken legs with marinade several times with an interval of 5-10 minutes, then continue baking.
