Cupcake with cherry

Description

Let the cherry cupcake become a constant participant in your family tea party - this is a sure sign of well-being in the house. Cook a cupcake not only in the season when capricious cherries need to be quickly and skillfully attached by preparing some delicious dish. Even in winter, cook, preferably from berries that you prudently froze in the summer.

Cooking

Step 1

To prepare a cake with cherries, remove the butter for 20-30 minutes. before starting cooking. To prepare such pastries, the oil must be such that it can be easily whipped with other ingredients. It must be softened. Plus, you don't need to heat it up! Just hold it for the specified time on the table or not far from the working stove.

Step 2

Lubricate an 18 cm round heat-resistant form with vegetable oil. It is better to choose a detachable form so that there are no problems with removing the cake from it.

Step 3

In a small bowl, sift flour and baking powder, add salt and mix.

Step 4

In a large bowl, beat softened butter with 1 cup sugar with a mixer until fluffy and white.

Step 5

Break the egg into a small bowl and beat with a fork until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into the buttercream.

Step 6

Pour in the milk mixed with vanilla seeds and mix with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.

Step 7

Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add flour mixture. You should get a moderately thick dough of the consistency of yeast pancakes.

Step 8

Pour half of the cherry cupcake batter into the prepared pan, smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.

Step 9

If using fresh cherries for the cake, rinse them under running water and drain on paper towels. Dry completely and transfer to a large bowl. Mix starch with 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. Pour the mixture over the cherries and, while shaking the bowl, coat each berry with the dry mixture.

Step 10

Put about a third of the cherry on the dough and sprinkle it with 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Step 11

Pour in the remaining batter, smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.

Step 12

Lay out the remaining cherries and sprinkle them with the remaining sugar. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. or until ready.

Step 13

Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Cherry muffins can be served warm or completely cooled. Dust the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
