Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots is very easy to prepare, and the result is a tender and tasty treat. How to cook Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots
Step 1

Place the dried apricots in a deep bowl and pour hot water over them. Leave to soak for 5 minutes. Then drain the dried apricots in a colander and rinse with cold running water.

Cut the dried apricots into small pieces.

In a deep bowl, combine eggs and sugar and beat until fluffy.
Step 4

Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.

Add dried apricots to the cottage cheese and stir.
Step 6

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the curd mixture. Smooth it out and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 7

Cool the finished casserole a little and cut into portions.

Pour condensed milk over the casserole and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
