Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots

Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots is very easy to prepare, and the result is a tender and tasty treat. This recipe does not use flour or semolina, which makes the casserole much healthier than the usual one. It has an appetizing golden crust on top. The inside of the casserole is even more beautiful: bright orange pieces of dried apricots against the background of cottage cheese. Make this casserole for breakfast or serve it as a dessert.
