Almond pistachio crumble with pears

How to cook Almond pistachio crumble with pears
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a whisk. Add cold butter cut into cubes. Grind with your hands into crumbs. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the pears, cut into small cubes. Simmer over low heat with honey, your favorite spices and a little water until soft.
Step 3
Put the fruit filling on the bottom of ceramic or glass baking dishes. Spread the nut crumbs on top. You can use both portion molds and one large mold.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the crumble hot. Optionally, you can add a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream to the dish.
