Vegetable salad with cheese
Light summer vegetable salad with a spicy touch. Great light dinner.
Ingredients
Servings 4- tomato 250 g
- cucumber 250 g
- semi-hard cheese 100 g
- lettuce leaves 50 g
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- ground black pepper 1 pinch(s)
Cooking
Step 1
Wash vegetables and cut into cubes. We also cut cheese. We connect together.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands into small pieces and place on a plate.
Step 3
For dressing, combine oil and soy sauce. Pepper to taste. Dress the salad and spread on the lettuce leaves. We serve. Enjoy your meal!
