Servings 4- round rice - 1 tbsp.
- lentils - 1/2 tbsp.
- water - 3 tbsp.
- vegetables - 3-4 items of 100 g
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- cumin - 0.5 h. l.
- dry ground ginger - 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper - to taste

Cooking
Step 1
Pour rice with lentils with water, add 1 tsp. salt and simmer.
Step 2
In a frying pan in butter, stew vegetables with spices and 1 tsp. salt until nearly done. I took carrots, zucchini and broccoli from vegetables. You can choose your favorite vegetables.

Vegetables can be fried, it will be even tastier. And you can immediately add to rice with lentils - then you get a dietary option.
Step 4
5 minutes before the rice is fully cooked, pour vegetables into a saucepan with rice and lentils, add dill, parsley, cilantro if desired. And bring the dish to readiness in 5 minutes.
