Salad "Forest"
Ingredients
Servings 4- boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
- lilac onion - 1 pc.
- pine nuts - 50 g
- pickled mushrooms - 150 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- green parsley
Cooking
Step 1
Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins and cool. Clean and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Throw the pickled mushrooms in a colander in order to stack the marinade.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and parsley.
Step 4
Put potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onions, nuts and greens in a salad bowl. Gently mix and season with vegetable oil.
