Pumpkin salad with pasta
Ingredients

- garlic - 2 cloves
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- 500 g short pasta
- 500 g pumpkin pulp
- parsley
- 200 g frozen green beans
- salt

Step 1
1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Put in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and salt, pour in 0.5 cups of water and cook covered over medium heat for 15 minutes. 2. Lower the beans for 2 minutes. into boiling salted water, then drain in a colander. 3. Wash the parsley, dry it. Finely chop half of the parsley, coarsely chop the rest. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the butter in a frying pan, put the garlic and finely chopped parsley and cook for 2 minutes. Boil pasta, cool. Toss them with pumpkin, beans and garlic dressing. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and cheese when serving.
