Pearl porridge with onions
Ingredients
Servings 4- pearl barley - 400 g

- large onion - 1 pc.
- red onion 1 pc.

Step 1
Sort pearl barley, rinse and soak in cold water overnight.
Step 2
Pour water into the multicooker bowl, bring to a boil, add cereals, set the Multicooker mode to 105 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 3
When the porridge is almost ready, and there is almost no liquid left, switch to Multicook 95 degrees for another 20-30 minutes and add salt.
Step 4
In the meantime, peel the onion, chop and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Transfer the onion frying to the prepared barley porridge, mix. Serve immediately.
