Lemon yoghurt sauce for fish
Fish and lemon are inseparable. However, if you add natural yogurt to this immortal combination, any fish dish will sparkle with new colors, whether it is steamed, cooked in the oven or in a pan.
Ingredients
Servings 1- 180 g natural yoghurt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 5 chopped dill sprigs
- salt

Step 1
The sauce is ideal for steamed, stewed or boiled fish with a delicate taste, such as trout.
Step 2
Mix yogurt, lemon juice and dill. Add salt, ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything and add a little pink pepper when serving.
