Shrimp, Bruschetta

Bruschetta with prawns

Ingredients

  • boiled peeled small shrimp - 450 g
  • 2 tomatoes
  • green parsley
  • Hercules bread (white)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Art. l. ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop boiled shrimp, add finely chopped garlic, grated tomato and parsley with ketchup. Salt to taste. Put on 15 min. into the refrigerator.

Step 2

Brown the slices of bread on the grill. Put a spoonful of the resulting puree on top. Garnish with whole shrimp, tomato wedge and parsley tail. Very tasty!
