Blueberry pie with cottage cheese

How to cook Blueberry pie with cottage cheese
Step 1
Flour, baking powder, sugar, vanillin, eggs, butter mix and knead the dough.
Step 2
You can do it by hand, but I do it with a mixer using special dough attachments.
Step 3
You can already preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 4
If you get a crumb-like mass, then the oil is not soft enough. In this case, I pour hot water into the sink, put a pan in it and continue to make the dough. The oil will melt and the result will be a normal dough.
Step 5
Next, in any form on baking paper, we begin to lay out and tamp the dough with our hands. The shape must be with edges, otherwise the filling may float away.
Step 6
To prevent the dough from rising, lay baking paper on it. (Don't forget to poke with a fork!)
Step 7
Bake the dough for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
Step 8
Meanwhile, we make the filling: cottage cheese, sugar, vanillin, cream and blueberries. Mix everything gently with a whisk. Next, pour our filling into the already prepared dough. Bake 30 minutes. At t~ 180-200°C.
