Soup with lentils

Step 1

To prepare potato broth, boil peeled potatoes in water. Strain the broth.

Step 2

Cut the celery stalk, garlic and shallots into small cubes, fry in olive oil, add washed lentils, add potato broth and cook until half cooked, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Then cut the tomatoes into slices, basil and add to the soup, bring to readiness for about 10 minutes over low heat. Heat soy milk to 90 degrees and mix with soup, salt and pepper to taste. Decorate with cilantro.

shallot garlic - 60 g

potato broth - 500 ml
potatoes - 1 kg
water - 3 liters
soy milk - 250 ml
tomatoes - 200 g
basil - 5 g
cilantro - 5 g
olive oil - 30 g
