Peppers with carrots - a simple recipe for winter preparations that will fit perfectly into both everyday and holiday menus, and will also pleasantly diversify your table. Vegetables prepared according to this recipe are very fragrant and juicy. You can use peppers with carrots both as a separate dish and as a salad ingredient.
How to cook Pickled peppers with carrots in jars
Step 1

The jars must be dry and clean. Put them in the oven and heat it to 120 ⁰С. Leave for 13-15 minutes and turn off.
Step 2

Peel all the vegetables, cut into small cubes and place in a deep bowl.
Step 3

Add butter, salt and sugar to the vegetables.
Step 4

Mix the vegetables thoroughly.

Then put the vegetables in a saucepan or pot. Simmer for 30-35 minutes.
