
The jars must be dry and clean. Put them in the oven and heat it to 120 ⁰С. Leave for 13-15 minutes and turn off.

Peel all the vegetables, cut into small cubes and place in a deep bowl.

Add butter, salt and sugar to the vegetables.

Mix the vegetables thoroughly.

Then put the vegetables in a saucepan or pot. Simmer for 30-35 minutes.

Add vinegar to the vegetables and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Place the vegetables in a portioned jar and let sit for 2-3 days in a cool, dark place. Enjoy!
