Shrimp fritters with herbs

Description

Shrimp fritters taste like fish cakes. They can be served as an appetizer cold or hot with sauce.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel the shrimp, finely chop, season with a mix of greens (parsley + cilantro), add a beaten egg, a little flour and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Form into pancakes and fry in olive oil. Use a little oil - just to grease the pan. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients

large tiger prawns - 80 g
fresh parsley - 3 g
fresh cilantro - 3 g
egg - 20 g (1/3 part of 1 pc.)
flour - 3-5 g
salt - to taste
ground white pepper - to taste
olive oil for frying
sweet and sour sauce for serving
