Salad with turkey and pumpkin sauce

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and boil until tender. Puree the pumpkin with a blender, adding olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Dilute with pumpkin broth so that the puree is not very thick.

Step 2

Steam the turkey. Grapefruit clear of skin and films. Cut zucchini into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Step 3

Mix zucchini, grapefruit slices, tomatoes and lettuce mix. Put pumpkin sauce on a plate. Put the turkey fillet on the sauce. Arrange vegetables on top and drizzle with olive oil.

turkey fillet - 120 g
zucchini - 30 g
grapefruit - 1 pc.
mix salad - 15 g
olive oil - 50 ml
cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
pumpkin - 100 g
