Salad with smoked salmon and butter cream

Step 1

Mix mustard, horseradish and cream. Punch in a blender. Mix arugula, lollo rosso and lettuce. Black bread cut into slices and dry in the oven.

Step 2

Place 1/4 of the mousse on a serving platter. Put a mix of lettuce on it (20 g. Put chips (2 pcs.) And put salmon around beautifully. Put the rest of the mousse. Garnish with cucumber slices, radish slices, dill and onion.

Step 3

Top the salad with dill oil.
