How to cook Lettuce cigars

Step 1

Divide lettuces into leaves and wash thoroughly. Place the leaves in a large bowl of cold water to keep them fresh longer. Before wrapping the filling in the leaves, dry them with paper towels. Prepare the first type of filling. Wash the radish, grate on a fine grater. Wash the dill, dry and chop. Grind cottage cheese with radish, add dill, salt to taste. Mix.

Step 2

Put 1-2 tbsp on a lettuce leaf. l. stuffing, roll into a rather tight tube. Put the "cigars" on a dish, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In the same way, "cigars" with other fillings are rolled up.

Step 3

Prepare the second type of filling. Wash cucumbers and cut into thin strips. Also cut the ham.

Step 4

Peel and mince the garlic. Wash parsley, dry and finely chop. Wash pepper, remove seeds, chop. Beat mayonnaise with garlic, herbs and pepper. Add ham and cucumbers. Salt to taste and stir. Wrap the stuffing in lettuce leaves.

Step 5

Prepare the third type of filling. Peel the daikon, cut into pieces and grind in a blender to a puree state.

Step 6

Finely chop pickled cucumbers. Wash green onions, cut into thin rings. Mix daikon with cucumbers, onions and sour cream. Add sugar and salt to taste. Wrap in lettuce leaves.
