Step 1
To prepare this dish, we advise you to buy medium-sized marine fish, such as saffron cod, ice or blue whiting. Clean the fish from scales. Make a small longitudinal incision along the abdomen, remove the insides through it. Cut out the gills with scissors. Do not remove heads and tails. Wash the fish thoroughly inside and out and pat dry with paper towels. 3. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings. Transfer to a colander and lower for 2 minutes. into a pot of boiling water, remove and immediately rinse with cold water. Drain the liquid from the can of beans. Grease the microwave oven tray with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Put onion and beans on it. Place the prepared fish on the grill. Mix the remaining oil with lemon juice, sugar and salt; sprinkle the fish. Put the grill with fish on the top level of the oven, and the tray with vegetables on the bottom. Cook 10 min. at 70% microwave power and the grill is on.
