Description

Absolutely simple, uncomplicated cake, loved by all members of our family. The recipe was left to us by inheritance from my grandmother, without changes. I cook it often, especially when dear guests are on the doorstep, and time is running out. The dough is prepared for ten minutes, the cake itself is baked for a little more than half an hour. Can be made with apples, pears, or both. Not a very photogenic comrade, but this is fully compensated by his taste :)

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the prepared form with oil (d = 28 cm)

Step 2

It is very good to beat eggs with sugar with a mixer (at least five minutes), then add sour cream and mix everything.

Step 3

Add the sifted flour and beat again with a mixer.

Step 4

Pour the melted butter into the dough and beat again. Cut not large apples (cubes or slices) put in a mold. Pour batter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in the oven. If the top is baked, but the inside is not yet, cover with foil, lower the heat to 160 degrees and bake until tender.

Ingredients

1 glass of granulated sugar (a glass of 200 ml)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups pancake flour (or plain + 1 tsp baking powder)
2 tbsp. l sour cream (or kefir, yogurt or something sour milk)
180 gr. butter, melt
3-4 medium apples
pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
