How to cook Dumplings in pots
Step 1

Start by making the dumpling dough. Add water, egg, salt, flour to a deep dish and mix. Knead the dough with your hands for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2

Start preparing the first portion. Separate a fist-sized piece of dough from the total, add a little flour and knead for 1-3 minutes. Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut out small circles of dough with a shot glass, put the mince in the center and seal the edges tightly. Do the same with the remaining parts of the dough and mince.
Step 3

Boil the dumplings. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt. Cook the dumplings for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4

While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the dressing. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and add flour. Whisk until smooth. This will take 3-5 minutes.
Step 5

Place the finished dumplings into the pots using a slotted spoon. Add sour cream, butter, and an egg mixed with flour and cheese to each pot. Cover the pots with lids. Put the pots in the oven at 180 degrees, cook for 25-30 minutes.
