Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut out small circles of dough with a shot glass, put the mince in the center and seal the edges tightly. Do the same with the remaining parts of the dough and mince.

Boil the dumplings. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt. Cook the dumplings for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
