Dumplings in pots

Cookinero 20 Mar 2025

Baking food in pots came to us from Ancient Rome. In this version, food does not lose its juiciness and aroma, because it is cooked in its own juice. Also, dishes in a pot under a lid retain heat longer. Dumplings with cheese and sour cream, baked in pots, are not embarrassing to put on the festive table thanks to their spectacular presentation. We offer a recipe according to which this dish is prepared quite quickly and easily.
