Delicate roll with cottage cheese and currants

The combination of sweet cottage cheese and blackcurrant is ideal for the roll. These ingredients harmonize well with each other, which makes the taste of the dessert ideal. We decided to use ready-made lavash as the basis for the roll.
How to cook Delicate roll with cottage cheese and currants
Step 1
Pour the currants into a small container, add half of the sugar, beat thoroughly with a blender or crush with a potato masher.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, making sure that the sugar is completely dissolved and there are no noticeable grains.
Step 3
Lay out a sheet of lavash on the table, first apply a layer of cottage cheese, then pour over the currants, try not to reach the edges of the sheet so that the filling does not leak out. Tightly roll up the sheet of lavash.
