Bruschetta with grilled onion

How to cook Bruschetta with grilled onion
Step 1
Drizzle bread slices with olive oil. At the bottom of a wide plate, pour 1-2 tbsp. l. butter, sprinkle evenly with salt.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into 5mm rings, arrange on a plate with oil and salt, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and leave to marinate while the grill heats up.
Step 3
Cut the tomato crosswise, carefully remove the seeds. Gently flipping, fry the onion until soft.
Step 4
Fry the bread on the grate on both sides until dents from the grate appear. Grate the finished bread first with garlic, and then with tomato. Scatter the fried onions on top and serve.
